Fees/Payments and Medicare rebates
For initial consultations, prepayment is required at the time of booking. All payments will be taken over the phone via credit card, however, if this is an issue, please contact our client support team.
Currently, Medicare and Private Health Funds offer partial support to this new model of healthcare and we have noted where these rebates apply on the above price list.

For Psychology appointments you receive a Medicare rebate if you have a GP Mental Health Referral.
Telehealth and telephone services
We offer telehealth services for most practitioners. Please check with our customer services to confirm what is available. All appointments are booked in NSW time. For these services we require payment details, which will be saved on your secure file. Note: Medicare rebates for telehealth services apply only if you have seen your GP or psychologist in person, within the last 12 months. This is subject to change based on Medicare guidelines.
Private Health Rebates
Private health rebates are dependent on the Private Health Fund and level of coverage. Please confirm with your private health fund to determine whether rebates are applicable.
Payment Plan Options
We understand that healthcare is an important investment. That’s why we offer flexible payment plan options through our trusted finance partner, MONEYME, helping eligible patients access treatment sooner while spreading the cost over manageable repayments. Applying is quick, with a fast online assessment and no impact on your credit score when checking your rate. Credit criteria, fees, charges, terms and conditions apply.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your booked appointment time, a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged. Same day cancellations or non-attendances will incur a charge of $100.
